Carr Cheese Factory has been operated by the Gile Family since 1946. Cletus and Sally Gile owned and operated the cheese factory until 1984 when it was taken over by their son and his wife, Tim and Diane.

The Gile name is synonymous with high quality and excellent tasting cheese. You can always depend on its uniformity We are the recipients of many awards in state and local competition. We hope you will try some of our tradition of good taste.
